My journey through the lens
My photographic research is based on the intimacy between myself and the viewer who observes my shots, the same intimacy I feel when looking through the viewfinder of my camera. It frames the world and renders it magical, as if rediscovered through the peephole of a door leading to the most hidden parts of my sensitivity.
Black and white is the best way to narrate this world, where light is the absolute protagonist—the force that governs the composition and structure of the image without any distraction from color, focusing entirely on the essence of the photograph.
MY JOB
I've been taking photographs since I was a child, I've always taken the opportunity to better understand who I am and where I'm going, the things and people around me, then I started doing it for work.
Now I do it again just out of passion, out of that need that drives me to stop a moment that can evoke, forever, an instant, a sensation, leaving out all that is not needed.
